Some information is optional to provide. If you choose not to enter contact and health safety and medical information, we may not be able to provide you with the services you are seeking.

We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure server and only allowing authorised and trained staff access to it.

We keep your information for seven years at which point we securely destroy all physical and digital record of it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be amended or altered if you think it is wrong.
